A severe weather warning is in place for parts of Victoria, including the Surf Coast and Otways.
The Bureau of Meteorology is forecasting wind gusts of up to 90km/h on the coast as a cold front hits Victoria this morning.
It ways the winds will ease later this afternoon before strengthening this evening.

Despite sunshine this morning, Geelong is in for late rain today with a top of 21.
However the winds should ease across the region during the day.
