Three indoor pools at Torquay’s Wurdi Baierr Aquatic and Recreation centre are now fully tiled.
The centre is more than three-quarters complete, and includes a 25m pool, learn-to-swim and warm water pool.
There will also be gym, program rooms, change rooms and allied health suites.

Surf Coast Shire says more than half of the workers on the project live within the municipality, Greater Geelong and nearby areas.
Almost 75 per cent of the project spending to date has also been directed to local businesses.
The Centre is on track to open early next year.
