Portarlington has landed one of the biggest fish of the Bellarine off-season after announcing the arrival of former Leopold high-flyer Harris Jennings,

Jennings, who played in two GFNL premierships alongside Demons coach Sam Scott, spent this year at home club Portland, winning its best-and-fairest and earning a spot in the Hampden League team of the year.

The 26-year-old, who works alongside Portarlington star Brock Williamson, also earned GFNL team of the year selection and won a best-and-fairest in his 85 appearances for the Lions.

It is understood Jennings isn’t the only Leopold premiership player on Portarlington’s radar.
