GEELONG Falcons will welcome back most of its Vic Country representatives for its final round NAB League Girls clash with Calder Cannons at Highgate Reserve on Saturday.
Of the 11 players who pulled on the Big V during the school holidays, only Charlotte Simpson (managed) won’t line up against the Cannons.
In all, coach Paul Corrigan has made 12 changes to the team that lost to the Murray Bushrangers, with Mackenzie McGrath (broken nose) among going out of the side.
No matter the result, the Falcons are almost certain to finish third on the Country Zone ladder behind Tasmania and Dandenong.
Who they play in the first week of the finals will depend on the results of games involving the Devils and Stingrays.
