Geelong will play Tom Hawkins, Jeremy Cameron and Shannon Neale for just the fourth time in Saturday’s crucial twilight meeting with the GWS Giants at GMHBA Stadium.

Hawkins returns from being managed to break Joel Selwood’s club games record of 355 games, while Cameron is back from a delayed concussion suffered in the loss to Port Adelaide.

The Cats also welcome back veteran Mitch Duncan (managed) and key defender Sam De Koning, who was a late withdrawal from the loss to Gold Coast with hamstring awareness.

However, Rhys Stanley, who was managed out of the clash with the Suns, hasn’t been named, with all eyes on the VFL team that will be released tomorrow.

Cam Guthrie (Achilles) and Gary Rohan (adductor) will miss the meeting with the Giants due to injury, while Brandan Parfitt and Mark O’Connor have been dropped.

O’Connor is an emergency, along with 2023 draftees Connor O’Sullivan and Shaun Mannagh.
