Ollie Henry has earned a quick recall from the VFL, with Geelong making the lone change for tomorrow night’s blockbuster meeting with fellow premiership contender Brisbane at GMHBA Stadium.
He replaces injured defender Sam De Koning, who will miss 4-5 weeks with an AC joint injury suffered in the hiding of Essendon.
Managed out of the win over Gold Coast, Henry couldn’t force his way back for the victory against the Bombers.
Instead, he made his first VFL appearance for the Cats, kicking 2.1 and gathering 16 disposals in a two-point win over Werribee.
Jed Bews, Jack Bowes and Ted Clohesy are Geelong’s emergencies.
The Lions have made two inclusions with local connections.
Queenscliff’s Darcy Gardiner will fill the gap left by a season-ending knee injury suffered by Jack Payne.
While Colac’s Will McLachlan replaces Callum Ah Chee in the visitors’ forward line.
K rock is live from 6pm via FM 95.5, krockfootball.live, and the AFL app.
