Geelong duo Mark Blicavs and Jhye Clark look set to miss Saturday’s must-win meeting with Richmond after being offered one-week suspensions for incidents in the loss to the GWS Giants.
Both have been cited for rough conduct on Giants star Lachie Whitfield – Clark in the second quarter and Blicavs in the final term.
Both incidents were assessed as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact. There is no reduction for an early guilty plea.

It’s a further blow for a midfield already struggling with the absence of captain Patrick Dangerfield.
However, it may open the door for Mitch Hardie to debut.
He gathered 36 disposals in the Cats’ VFL win over the Giants.
