Irish recruit Cillian Burke will make his first appearance in the Hoops in Geelong’s VFL clash with Gold Coast at GMHBA Stadium on Sunday.

The County Kerry product has battled a knee injury through the first half of the season after joining the Cats as a Category B rookie late last year.

Geelong has made five changes for the meeting with the Suns, with Jed Bews, Ted Clohesy, Jay Polkinghorne and VFL-listed Wil Rantall coming into the team.
