GEELONG has named a trio of players under injury clouds in its squad for Sunday’s clash with North Melbourne at Blundstone Arena.
Midfield star Patrick Dangerfield (corked calf), Carji Greeves medal runner-up Jack Henry (foot) and defender Jed Bews (shoulder) remain in contention to take on the Kangaroos.
The Cats have included Shaun Higgins, Esava Ratugolea and rookie Ollie Dempsey in their 26-man squad.
A final 22 will be announced on Friday afternoon, with the medi-sub confirmed an hour out from the match.
North Melbourne will make at least three changes, with Aaron Hall (injured), Jaidyn Stephenson (illness) and Tom Powell the confirmed outs.
Tarryn Thomas, Cam Zurhaar and former Richmond ruck Callum Coleman-Jones is among six players added to the Roos squad.
