GEELONG has welcomed back Patrick Dangerfield and Esava Ratugolea for Saturday’s clash with Sydney at GMHBA Stadium.
Dangerfield missed last week’s win over Gold Coast with an ankle issue, while Ratugolea has been rested for a fortnight.
They replace suspended veteran Gary Ablett and first-year big man Darcy Fort, who kicked three goals against the Western Bulldogs but was held goalless by the Suns.
Fort has been named as an emergency along with Zac Smith, Jed Bews and Lachie Fogarty.
Former Cat Daniel Menzel will make his first appearance for the Swans at AFL level after five goals in the NEAFL last week.
Sydney has also named former captain Jarrad McVeigh, with Josh Kennedy (injured) and ex-Geelong defender Jackson Thurlow (omitted) going out of the side that lost by five points to Collingwood.
K rock is live from 3pm on FM 95.5 across Geelong and the Surf Coast, and via AFL.com.au or the AFL app.
