Geelong’s influence on the Victorian team for next week’s State of Origin clash with Western Australia has been further strengthened with the inclusion of Bailey Smith.

The gun midfielder joins fellow Cats Jeremy Cameron, Max Holmes, Tom Stewart, and captain Patrick Dangerfield in Chris Scott’s squad for the meeting with Sandgropers at Optus Stadium on February 14.

Young defender Lawson Humphries is the lone Cat in the Western Australian line-up.
