A man is due to be sentenced later this month over an attempted assault on an elderly woman in St Albans Park.
The County Court heard the now 26-year-old had been at a 21st party in August 2021, when he broke into an aged care home and tried to sexually assault a 90-year-old resident.
The court was told the woman was injured but managed to resist the attack and activate her personal duress alarm.

The man earlier pleaded guilty to charges including attempted rape, aggravated burglary and theft.
He is due back in court on April 26.
