Police are investigating a fire at a Norlane unit.
Emergency services were called to Yooringa Avenue around 8.45pm Wednesday.
FRV says crews conducted a primary search, finding no-one inside the property before dousing the flames.

The incident was under control within 15 minutes.
Police believe the fire is suspicious.
They are asking anyone with information or footage to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
