Teens charged over home invasions

Three Wyndham teenagers have been charged over a series of aggravated burglaries in Melbourne’s west.

Police allege several vehicles, including a white 2014 Porsche Magan, were stolen when properties in Deanside were broken into in the early hours of Tuesday.

Three boys were arrested in Mambourin later in the day.

However, police say the vehicles are yet to be recovered.

A 17-year-old boy from the Wyndham area has been charged with car theft and home invasion.

He has been remanded to face a children’s court down the track.

Two 16-year-old boys will also face a children’s court at a later date, charged with handling stolen goods.
