Geelong will play its only Saturday afternoon match of the season at GMHBA Stadium when it hosts West Coast in the final round.
The AFL has confirmed the schedule for Round 24, with the Cats and Eagles to bounce at 1:45pm.
As part of a joint initiative with the Victorian Government, children aged 14 years and under will be able to attend the game for free.
Despite West Coast’s lowly position on the ladder, Geelong might need to win – and win well – to claim the double-chance
It will also mark the final match at the venue for retiring great Tom Hawkins if he can overcome a foot injury in time.
The 36-year-old has kicked 275 goals from 115 games at GMHBA Stadium, which sits him third all-time in both categories.
Geelong and West Coast last met at the venue in the final round of the 2022 season, with Hawkins kicking four goals in an 85-point hiding of the visitors.
The Eagles have lost nine consecutive matches – including one to Sydney in 2021 – at the venue dating back to 2006.
