GRYAN Miers has returned to Geelong’s starting 22 for Saturday’s clash with Adelaide at GMHBA Stadium.
He takes the place made vacant by Patrick Dangerfield’s calf issue.
Miers was the medi-sub for last week’s win over Port Adelaide and came into the contest in the final quarter.
Uncapped big man Shannon Neale, Mitch Knevitt, Luke Dhalhaus and Quinton Narkle, who was a late withdrawal last week, are the Cats’ emergencies.
Ruck Rhys Stanley, who was also withdrawn from the Geelong team late last week, will miss another week with an ankle issue.
K rock is live from 12pm (AEDT) on FM 95.5 across Geelong and the Surf Coast.
The stream commences on krock.com.au and then switches to AFL.com.au and the AFL app commences at 1:15pm
