Police says a Wyndham teenager is one of two people arrested after in a car clocked at over 200k an hour before it was involved in several smashes.
The Jeep was seen speeding on the Eastern Freeway around 11pm before officers tried to block it in with two police cars on Solly Street in Carlton North.
The alleged offenders smashed into each car and tried to flee, before hitting another vehicle and fence, and then car and building nearby before trying to flee.

Police arrested a 17-year-old boy from Tarneit and a 17-year-old girl from Black Rock and took them to hospital for treatment under guard.
A 67-year-old woman and a 29-year-old woman involved in the third collision were taken to hospital with injuries.
