An independent investigator has been appointed by AFL Barwon in the wake of an off-field brawl at a local junior match.
Video obtained exclusively by K rock Football showed up to 15 people involved in the fracas during the final quarter of the AFL Barwon under-16 division two match between Barwon Heads and Lara at Howard Harmer Oval on Saturday.
Police attended the scene; however, no complaints were lodged and no arrests were made.

AFL Barwon said in a statement on Sunday morning: “This type of behaviour is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated at any level of our competitions”.
Barwon Heads and Lara also condemned the behaviour.
