A meeting with a specialist has given rise to hope that Geelong star Jeremy Cameron could play again before the end of the home-and-away season.
Cameron will undergo surgery later this week on an AC joint injury after he came off second best in a contest with GWS midfielder Clayton Oliver during the final quarter of Saturday’s 13-point loss at Engie Stadium.
All going to plan, he could return within 4-6 weeks.

Meanwhile, the Cats say Tanner Bruhn (neck) and Jack Henry (throat) have been cleared of serious injury and will continue to be monitored.
