Fire investigators will probe a blaze in Clifton Springs on Monday night, where a car fire has spread to a nearby house.
Crews were called around 7.30pm to Tarpeena Way, to reports a car parked near the two-storey building was well alight.
When CFA crews arrived they found the fire had spread to the house and the fire under control with the help of FRV.
An advice message was issued to locals around the area for smoke, with firefighters having the incident under control with about 30 minutes.
CFA remained on scene throughout the night with the advice message still in place throughout Tuesday morning, until fire investigators arrive to determine how the blaze started.
Fortunately there were no serious injuries, with a woman in her 40’s treated at the scene for smoke inhalation.
