Geelong will be boosted by the return of Bailey Smith and Tom Stewart for Thursday night’s blockbuster clash with the Brisbane Lions at GMHBA Stadium.
They replace omitted duo George Stevens and Jack Bowes.
Gun midfielder Smith missed the loss to Fremantle pre-bye due to illness, while vice-captain Stewart has been in the concussion protocol since an incident late in the clash with Adelaide on June 4.
Stevens, Bowes, and Gryan Miers, who will spend another week in the VFL, are the Cats’ emeregencies.
Ollie Henry and Sam De Koning will make their 100th AFL appearances.
The Lions, who lost to Geelong by 41 points in Round 10 will take in the same team that defeated Sydney by 43 points last week.
